I quit about 6 years ago...best thing I ever did for my therapy. I found the mindset that I was going to beat HIV and took all steps in that endeavor. It's no secret that smoking intensifies anything that is wrong with your body, why do something on purpose to make things harder?? I was two packs a day, quit cold turkey and never looked back. It wasn't very hard....I had made up my mind I was quitting and simply refused to let the evil back into my life. Evil is attacking, fight back!
