I have been fighting liver cancer for six years and I am on the transplant list at MT Sinai in NYC. We have exhausted all of our finances and are trying to live on my social security disability. Is there any organization that can help us with basic living expenses until my transplant is completed and I can work again. I am sixty five years old and my wife is sixty one. She try to work part time but is not well. There are no resources available that we have found. Tried a fundraiser didn't work.
