Some people who do not respond to typical Chemo/immunotherapy treatments opt to have CAR-T therapy. There are many serious side effects with CAR-T. I’d like to know why many oncologists don’t address side effects from Chemo/immunotherapy which can seriously affect your life in other ways, like sexual dysfunction caused by Chemo, neuropathy, skin itching, etc. Doctors really need to address these side effects of the treatment and direct patients on how to address them.
