I had carcinoid cancer in my middle ear This cancer is normally found in the stomach very rare I had three surgeries which they had to take my ear off all three times at the time there was only 46 known cases because it is normally found to be in the stomach Thank goodness they got. It all No Chemo or Radiation i'd like to know if it is carcinoid cancer Toby has
My g son , Kolby had stomach cancer and had his stomach removed last year at the age of 21. He went through chemo but did not help. He also has diabetes , lung disease since birth. Chromes disease. But he is a fighter . He never gives up nor ever complains. He is active now. The removal has put a lot of changes in his life also. He attend college now and has a part time job. He is my heart. God bless anyone going through this but as kolby would say. Never give up. Cancer free 1 yr now

I was diagnosed 3 yrs ago with stage 4 gastro-esophageal cancer, downgraded to stage 3 after more testing. I underwent aggressive chemo & radiation simultaneously. Then ½ my stomach & ¾ my esophagus removed. The gauntlet was grueling and the recovery long. I'll never be my old pre-cancer self again. I'm now a 2½ year survivor. I'm happy to be alive, but life is very different. My symptoms were difficulty swallowing - then internal (black) rectal bleeding when I collapsed from the cancer.
