I have used hydrocodone extensively for twenty years. 12 years ago I became addicted and had to be hospitalized for the drug. I swore I would never use again. Now that my CLL cancer is in stage IV and basically terminal, my body pain is beyond belief, especially in the last year. Yes I use the drug daily to keep the pain abated, and I monitor my use. I will not allow to digress to the point of hospitalization ever again. But now at 74 years old, I need something to help me live normal life.
