National Oral, Head, and Neck Awareness Month
April is national oral, head, and neck cancer awareness month. The goal of this initiative is to encourage adults who are at high risk for oral, head and neck cancer to take advantage of the nationwide and international free screenings. A key message of the campaign is that early diagnosis is key to successful treatment of these types of cancers.
