I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma a year ago and have been undergoing weekly chemo, plus taking Revlimid and dexamethadone. My "statuary getting better, but I have to undergo an IVIG treatment every 3 weeks. We did catch this quickly and began hemo immediately after a bone biopsy was completed. I have a bone scan scheduled for later this month to see if there are any problems other than the one originally noted. I am a 75-year-old female with NO family history of MM. Any advise?
