I recently metasticized 6 years after a stage 1 lobectomy to a 4A on a rib. I did 4 rounds of chemo w/ keytruda added. Just finished 3 targeted radiation treatments. See oncologist tomorrow. I've heard the chemo drugs lose efficacy after a few rounds. I'm being treated at a highly rated cancer center where I also consult on a survivorship study. I'll ask tomorrow about proactive treatment versus just sitting around to see where it pops up next... Maybe more immuno therapy. Good luck to you
