As a breast cancer survivor myself diagnosed at age 40 during my first mammogram no symptoms or signs. Early detection is difficult for those under 40 because in order to obtain a mammogram and be seen by a doctor they have to fight to get both done and later fight with insurance company to pay for both. I have lost and many of my friends are stage 4, and yes more research is needed for a cure of stage 4. It easy to think the numbers have drop maybe in some cancers but not all.
